Qualifications
1.

Expert requires the electronic reporting of each partner's project status every other week. Please indicate your acceptance of this requirement.

Discuss your firm's in-house marketing resources, especially any databases. What is the general make-up of the database? Does it consist of local, regional or national contacts? What is the ratio of tenants/buyers to brokers?

What do you believe to be the market value of the subject property(s)? On what factors is your opinion based? What should be the suggested listing price? How long do you believe it will take for the ultimate sale of the property?
